1. Pricing

All prices shown in business literature and on this web site exclude VAT. All prices may be subject to change without notice and are set at the time of placing the order. Prices given exclude on-going update requirements to your board. Such updates will be quoted separately as and when required.

2. Delivery

The business will take all reasonable steps to deliver the goods within the agreed period but shall not incur any liability whatsoever due to any consequences of delayed delivery or carrier damage. Creative Honour Boards Ltd does not guarantee to get delivery on site to meet installers and will accept no liability arising from delayed delivery or product damage consequently delaying installation.

3. Non-Stock

Any orders for non-stock items or “specials” will be treated as separate orders and be subject to a carriage charge if appropriate. Specials and non-stock products cannot be returned for credit unless agreed in writing by us.

4. Damages / Product Faults

All goods should be inspected immediately while the delivery driver is still present. If found to be damaged the goods must be refused otherwise claims cannot be entertained. Please write “Refused due to damage” on the consignment note and hand the goods back to the driver.

5. Goods Returned

Standard stock items may be returned subject to the following conditions:

5.1 Goods are unused

5.2 Re-packed securely in original packaging as best as possible

5.3 Returned within two weeks of delivery

5.4 Goods must be returned in accordance with our standard authorisation procedure (Contact Customer Services on 01327 437160 for details). A handling charge of 15% of the invoiced value plus the carriage cost both ways will be levied. There will be an additional charge for re-boxing if the original packaging is not in a suitable condition for re-stocking.

6. Sale or Return

Goods can be purchased on a Sales or Return basis subject to the following conditions:

6.1 Goods are returned securely in the original packaging within 30 days of despatch otherwise payment will become due.

6.2 A handling charge of 15% of the invoiced value plus the carriage cost both ways will be levied. There will be an additional charge for re-boxing if the original packaging is not in a suitable condition for re-stocking.

6.3 If the goods are made to order/specials then please refer to point 3 & 7.

7. Cancellation of Order

Standard stock items may be cancelled prior to despatch at no extra charge if confirmed in writing. Non-stock items or “specials” may only be cancelled by arrangement and any cost incurred will be levied.

8. Quotations

Quotations are valid for a period of 30 days only.

9. Product Specification

Due to Creative Honour Boards Ltd policy of continuous product development, the right is reserved to change product specifications without prior notice and will not accept subsequent liability as a result.

10. Payment

Payment is required prior to dispatch unless credit terms have been agreed. All payments should be made in sterling in accordance with our agreed terms. If in default the business reserves the right to charge interest and fees as per the provisions of the Late Payment Act along with recovery of additional legal/form costs incurred. The business reserves the right to withhold dispatch of orders if the account is in arrears.

11. Ownership of Goods

The goods remain the property of Creative Honour Boards Ltd until paid for in full by the buyer.

12. Product Images

With all bespoke made to order products we take detailed images/video for our records and for future advertisements. We only use these images on websites/adverts we have direct control over. Unless specified otherwise by purchaser we will use such media as the business requires.

13. Law and Jurisdiction

The laws of England shall govern the validity, construction and performance of the Contract and these Conditions and each of the parties hereby agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

14: Sale of Goods Act

Creative Honour Boards Ltd operate according to the sale of goods act, further details of which can be downloaded here.

15: Product Life Expectancy

Unless stated otherwise all products supplied by Creative Honour Boards Ltd come with a standard 12 month guarantee. It is advised that all customers perform an annual safety check/inspection on supplied products to ensure all fixings are secure and in operable condition. These checks and liabilities are to be the responsibility of the customer.

16: Artwork Ownership

Any artwork/layouts/visuals etc produced in the course of business will remain the intellectual property of Creative Honour Boards Ltd and does not pass with the purchasing of any product. Sharing with any other party/organisation without written approval from Creative Honour Boards Ltd is prohibited.
