There are two main types of material which are wooden and acrylic. Our wooden boards have two ranges, 1 being our traditional range with a solid oak moulding and the other is our Budget range which is a simple veenered MDF panel with veneered edges. 

Both wooden ranges are made using veneered MDF panels for the face of the boards as this provides a lighter and stable surface for graphics to be applied. 

Our acrylic material comes in clear, green edge or a frosted finish as standard. We can also produce from a coloured acrylic. All acrylic honour boards come with polished chrome stand-off wall fixngs. 

This is a difficult one to provide a definitive answer for as we have the ability to produce lettering in a variety of sizes, all the way down to a 9mm capital text height. 

However as a guide, if we used a 12.5mm capital text height with a Lato font a board of 600mm x 1200mm could accomodate around 80-90 entries in total.

Lets tackle the first part of this question first. When it comes to fonts we can cut from most fonts. If we don't have a particular request in our cut software we can always download for an additional cost. 

We tend to use clean fonts for our boards such as Lato, Cent Gothic or Sabon LT for an older style. 

In terms of colours, we cut our lettering from solid colour vinyls of which we have 52 colours and some metalic effects. We are always happy to send samples out prior to manufacture.
